Oral Presentation Guidelines

1. The presenter will use the basic Template provided by the Organizing Committee.
2. Strictly Follow the paper presentation date & time intimated. No requests henceforth will be entertained keeping in mind the large volume of abstracts submitted.
3. Presentation time: 5 Mins; Q &A TIME: 2 Min (strict timing please)
4. On the allotted date, all presenters should hand over the PPT as per the given Template, number-wise to the allotted Halls by 8:00 AM in the morning.
5. Please keep a backup with you.
6. All presenters will be evaluated by 2 or 3 Chairpersons.
7. All presenters will be given participation certificates after their presentation.
8. As the Oral papers also have Organizers Prizes, please note that exceeding time is a disqualification.
9.The best-selected Oral papers will be given organizers’ attractive prizes during the valedictory function on the 15th of December 2024.
10. All presenters will follow the basic rules and guidelines of APCON 2024 and of IAPM.
