Oral Presentation Guidelines

The presenter will use the basic Template provided by the Organizing Committee.
In total, the number of slides should be restricted to 6-8 at maximum.
Strictly follow the paper presentation date & time intimated. No requests will be entertained considering the large volume of abstracts submitted.
Presentation time: 5 minutes; Q&A time: 2 minutes (strict timing).
On the allotted date, all presenters should hand over the PPT as per the given template, number-wise to the allotted halls by 8:00 AM.
Presenters must keep a backup of their presentation.
All presenters will be evaluated by one or two Chairpersons.
Participation certificates will be given after the presentation.
Exceeding the allotted time will result in disqualification as the Oral papers also include Organizers' Prizes.
The best-selected Oral papers will receive attractive prizes during the valedictory function on 15th December 2024.
All presenters must follow the basic rules and guidelines of APCON 2024 and IAPM.
