ePoster Presentation Guidelines
ePoster Site: SCB MCH, First Floor Foyer, Main Auditorium, Cuttack, Odisha
- The presenter will use the basic Template provided by the Organizing Committee.
- The Ratio of the ePoster should be A4size Landscape mode.
- The presentation will be only with ePoster mode on Electronic Screens.
- Strictly Follow the poster presentation date & time intimated. No requests henceforth will be entertained keeping in mind the large volume of abstracts submitted.
- Presentation time: 3 Mins; Q&A TIME: 2 Mins (strict timing please)
- On the allotted date, all presenters should hand over the posters as per the given Template, number-wise to the consol desk by 8:00 AM in the morning.
- Please bring the ePoster in a pen drive and keep a backup with you.
- All presentations will be evaluated by 1 or 2 Judges.
- All presenters will be given participation certificates after their presentation.
- A total of 10 posters will be selected for the Plenary poster presentation on the 15th of December morning, from 08:15 – 09:30 AM. The selected candidates will be notified by the 14th Evening. Don’t send inquiries regarding this.
- All should bring a slide presentation comprising 5-6 slides in total covering all subheadings for the Plenary oral poster presentation (Main Auditorium). The presentation timings for the Oral presentation would be 5+2 minutes. Please note exceeding time is a disqualification.
